MDPOD to work for establishing the rights do disabled people. The activities and nature of this development is to be advocacy and lobbying at government and non- government levels about disability issues integral education social dignity and job management of their competent in the all kinds of job markets, therefore Advocacy and awareness is ongoing program. This is aimed to achieve and ensure human rights of persons with disabilities through this program in the country.

Recreational Rehabilitation support:
Aim of the activities: This to ensure participation of WWDs, PWDs and CWDs in mainstreaming development activities of society.
- Song Competition: This is to ensure wide mind of PWDs through which, they can enter the society.
- Drowning Competition: This will help the CWDs to express their thinking.
- Sports/Game Competition: This is to establish the abilities of CWDs.
- Crus run: This will help the CWDs to express their abilities.
- Wheel chair: This will help the CWDs to express their abilities.
