MDPOD is the central body for policy coordination and the development of others program at the local levels. The Director is the Chief Executive Officer of MDPOD and ensures implementation of all programs and execution of decisions, made by the General Council and Executive Council. He is responsible for the operations of all programs, fund raising and fund management. The Director is also Secretary of the General Council and Executive Council.
The Executive Council is consists of seven (7) members of persons with disabilities who are elected from the General Council and they are responsible for management of the MDPOD program and implementation of activities approved by the General Council as per planning and budget of yearly.
